MJF Gets Engaged

Maxwell Jacob Friedman's heart may not be as cold and dead as initially believed. 

MJF announced on social media that he and his significant other, Naomi Rosenblum, are now engaged, writing: "Hbd to my fiancé or whatever." 

Friedman didn't rule out seeing other women despite the engagement, tweeting: "Ladies panicking on my TL don't worry. Just cuz there's a goalie doesn't mean you can't score. Strive for greatness. #Saltoftheearth."

Rosenblum previously appeared on a February 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, accompanying MJF to the ring while he was carried on a palanquin, before kissing him on the apron. This came as MJF celebrated his win over CM Punk in Chicago from the previous week. 

Friedman had been off AEW TV since June 1 but he returned at All Out on September 4, winning the Casino Ladder Match as the Joker to become the number one contender for the AEW World Championship. He was initially set to feud with CM Punk again but The Second City Saviour was stripped of the AEW World Title following the pay-per-view. When MJF will cash in his title shot remains to be seen.
