It won't be Adam Cole vs. MJF at AEW Full Gear.

The series to reach three wins between Strong and Adam Cole came to an end on Wednesday night's edition of AEW Dynamite. Strong managed to go 3-0, defeating Lance Archer in a Falls Count Anywhere Match, but Cole was less successful and he fell to Konosuke Takeshita after the AEW International Champion used the Dynamite diamond ring. This left Cole with a 2-1 record and meant Roderick Strong earned the match against MJF for Full Gear.

Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher was also made official for Full Gear, coming only one week after Ospreay made his surprise return. Fletcher previously turned on Ospreay at WrestleDream, costing his best friend the AEW International Title and taking him out with a Tiger Driver '91.

House of Black were also added to the four-way for the AEW World Tag Team Titles at Full Gear following their win over FTR. They join champions Private Party and The Outrunners in the match. The final participants will be determined on Collision when The Acclaimed take on Rush & The Beast Mortos.

AEW Full Gear will emanate from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday, November 23. The updated card is as follows:

  • Jon Moxley (c) vs. Orange Cassidy - AEW World Championship
  • Hangman Page vs. Jay White
  • Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher
  • MJF vs. Roderick Strong
  • Swerve Strickland vs. Bobby Lashley
  • Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Kris Statlander - TBS Championship
  • Jack Perry (c) vs. Daniel Garcia - TNT Championship
  • Private Party (c) vs. The Outrunners vs. House of Black vs. The Acclaimed or La Faccion Ingobernable - AEW World Tag Team Championships
  • Big Boom AJ vs. QT Marshall - Zero Hour
