New AEW Signing Confirmed
An AEW talent has confirmed they’ve signed with the promotion
An All Elite Wrestling talent has confirmed they have signed with the company, after months of speculation.
Despite wrestling extensively across AEW and Ring of Honor - including a victory on the AEW WrestleDream pre-show - Billie Starkz has not received the obligatory ‘…is All Elite’ graphic and social media post.
A claim from Tony Schiavone earlier this year suggested that Starkz had indeed signed with the organisation, and during an appearance on Wrestling Observer Live, Starkz confirmed she has signed a deal with AEW.
On-screen, Starkz has been sat under the learning tree of Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Athena, with the two teaming with Keith Lee and Satoshi Kojima in victory over Lee Moriarty, Shane Taylor, Diamante, and Mercedes Martinez at WrestleDream:
"It was amazing. I'm glad that I got to be with my mentor, the Bread Man, and Keith Lee. I had a really great team and I was really excited to be facing our opponents. I got to see Lee Moriarty across the ring again, who is a really good friend of mine. It was exciting to see him get beat up,” said Starkz.
