New Champions Crowned At IMPACT Emergence 2023

Title belts change hands at IMPACT Emergence 2023

A title change took place at IMPACT Wrestling's Emergence special on Sunday night in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Subculture of Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews put the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships on the line at Emergence but their reign came to an end at the hands of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz. The challengers picked up the win after they isolated Flash Morgan Webster and put him away with a Double Stomp into a Burning Hammer.

This marked the first time The Rascalz have held the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships. They earned the title shot after winning a tournament in recent weeks.

What is next for The Rascalz remains to be seen but they have been in a programme with ABC's Chris Bey and Ace Austin since first costing them the tag team titles at Slammiversary. They then cost ABC again in their rematch against Subculture on an episode of IMPACT TV.

Subculture won the belts at Slammiversary. The loss at Emergence ends their reign at 43 days.
