New Matches Added To IMPACT Emergence

Three new matches have been added to the Emergence IMPACT Plus special on August 12 in Chicago, Illinois following last night's episode of IMPACT Wrestling. 

At Emergence, Jack Evans will challenge the winner of Mike Bailey vs. Rocky Romero for the X-Division Championship. Speedball will defend his title against Romero on next week's edition of IMPACT Wrestling. 

Emergence will be Evans' first match in IMPACT Wrestling since 2018. He was initially set to return at June's Slammiversary pay-per-view but missed the show. 

Joe Doering and Deaner will also team together against Chris Sabin and KUSHIDA, and Sami Callihan will go one-on-one with Steve Maclin. 

Several major matches have already been announced for Emergence including Josh Alexander vs. Alex Shelley for the IMPACT World Championship, and Honor No More vs. Bullet Club. If Honor No More win, they will earn a shot at the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles. If they lose, however, the faction will be forced to disband. Bandido will also be in action on August 12, taking on Rey Horus.
