Three new matches have been added to the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door card, while Miro defeated Ethan Page on Dynamite to qualify for the All-Atlantic Title Four-Way at the June 26 pay-per-view.

It was revealed on Dynamite that Will Ospreay will defend the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Orange Cassidy at Forbidden Door. The match came about in a post-match angle following Ospreay's win over Dax Harwood on Dynamite.

Thunder Rosa, meanwhile, will defend the AEW Women's World Title against Toni Storm. The former NXT UK Women's Champion defeated Britt Baker on Dynamite and the title match was announced later in the show.

Following the reunion of Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, and Sammy Guevara, Le Sex Gods will team together again with Minoru Suzuki to take on Eddie Kingston, Wheeler Yuta, and Shota Umino.
