Newly Updated WWE Network To Launch Tier System Within The Next Year

Free and VIP tiers coming!

WWE sent emails out to all of the company's network subscribers this week to let them know that changes are coming.

An updated version of the network will be debuting this week, with WWE saying: "We are pleased to inform you that WWE Network is being updated this week with a new design, a simpler navigation and smarter search tools."

Powered by Endeavour Streaming (replacing the outgoing Disney streaming service formerly known as BAMTech) the update will happen at different times for different devices throughout the week. You can watch a video showing what the updated design will look like here.

The changes aren't stopping there as WWE have also announced they will be moving to a tiered price system within the next 12 months.

It was revealed during the quarterly conference call earlier today that a free tier will be launched housing "select" programming before a VIP tier arrives at a later date.

Rumours are currently circulating suggesting some of the content on the VIP tier could come from the likes of EVOLVE, PROGRESS, and ICW who have all been linked with spots on the network in the past.
