Nikkita Lyons Out Of Action With Torn ACL & Meniscus

Nikkita Lyons out of action

WWE NXT will be without one of their top women's talents for some time.

Nikkita Lyons took to Twitter on January 25, revealing that she has suffered a torn ACL and meniscus.

"ACL & Meniscus are torn. This comeback is personal. Thank you to all who consistently show love & genuine support. it means the world to me. Those of you who don't see the vision, thank you too. Stay ya a** right there. This is just another lesson life needed to teach. Love," Lyons wrote.

Lyons was written off WWE TV this week, being attacked in the parking lot by an unknown assailant. Her most recent match took place on the January 20 edition of NXT Level Up where she defeated Jakara Jackson. This was her first win on TV since October, having recently been on the losing side of a feud with Zoey Stark.

Lyons previously suffered a partial MCL tear in May 2022 which forced her to be removed from the NXT Women's Breakout tournament. She did not require surgery, however, and returned to NXT in June.
