NJPW Announces Full Card For Dominion 2022
Six title matches in all
New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced the full card for next Sunday's Dominion, a nine-match, six-title bout event headlined by Kazuchika Okada defending the IWGP World Heavyweight title against Jay White.
The card still lists Juice Robinson as defending his United States title, in a three-way bout with SANADA and Will Ospreay. Robinson had missed the final day of NJPW's Best of the Super Juniors on Friday due to appendicitis. A returning SANADA appeared later in that card and issued a challenge for the belt.
The card for NJPW Dominion 2022, taking place on Sunday, June 12 at Osaka-jo Hall in Osaka, is as follows:
* IWGP World Heavyweight: Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Jay White
* IWGP United States: Juice Robinson (c) vs. SANADA vs. Will Ospreay
* NEVER Openweight: Tama Tonga (c) vs. Karl Anderson
* Provisional KOPW trophy: Shingo Takagi (c) vs. Taichi
* IWGP Tag Team: Chase Owens and Bad Luck Fale (c) vs. Jeff Cobb and Great-O-Khan
* NEVER Openweight Six Man: EVIL, SHO, and Yujiro Takahashi (c) vs Zack Sabre Jr, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, and El Desperado
* Toru Yano vs. Doc Gallows
* Tetsuya Naito, BUSHI, and Hiromu Takahashi vs. El Phantasmo, Ace Austin, and Taiji Ishimori
* TJP, Francesco Akira, and Aaron Henare vs. Ryusuke Taguchi, Master Wato, and Hiroyoshi Tenzan
