Omos: Kevin Nash Helped Me When I Was Overwhelmed With Emotions At WWE WrestleMania 37

WrestleMania 37 was an emotional experience for Omos

Omos has revealed how Kevin Nash had to help calm him down after he became 'overwhelmed with emotions' at WWE WrestleMania 37.

Omos was booked to participate in his first match in WWE at this past year's WrestleMania at Raymond James Stadium, winning the Raw Tag Team Titles with AJ Styles from The New Day.

Having grown up in the area, Omos' emotions was heightened throughout the event, so much so that WWE Hall Of Famer Nash had to help him calm down backstage at WrestleMania 37.

Speaking with Barstool Sports’ Brandon Walker, Omos said: "I went to college in Tampa, I went to USF. Going back there, performing on the stage, the first time I came out, the first time the superstars came out, I was so overwhelmed with emotions that Kevin Nash saw me in the hallway and had to bring me down to earth.

"My emotions were so [motions upward] up here. Because I had never felt anything like that. When I got brought up, it was the ThunderDome, which was fine there. I got used to it. I didn’t know the experience of being on T.V. and doing live shows."
