Orange Cassidy Added To AEW Double Or Nothing's Casino Battle Royal

"Freshly Squeezed" is hitting up Vegas...

Orange Cassidy appears to be the eighteenth confirmed name for AEW Double or Nothing's Casino Battle Royal, taking place tonight on the pay-per-view's pre-show in Las Vegas.

AEW tweeted out a graphic heralding Cassidy being a part of tonight's card, with #TheBuyIn included in the tweet, indicating his presence on the specially-named pre-show.

Cassidy's inclusion into the match, which includes veterans Billy Gunn, Glacier, and Shawn Spears (Tye Dillinger), as well as indy standouts such as Joey Janela, MJF, Jimmy Havoc, and Brian Pillman, Jr, means there are now only three open slots for potential surprises.

The perpetually laid-back, intentionally-minimalist Cassidy's profile has elevated over the preceding year, through his appearances in places like Game Changer Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and EVOLVE.

Notable matches of Cassidy's in recent months include working with Velveteen Dream for EVOLVE in March, Taka Michinoku at Joey Janela's Spring Break during WrestleMania weekend, and various other GCW bouts against the likes of Janela himself, Joey Ryan, and Rich Swann. He even wrestled veteran indy wrestler/journalist Bryan Alvarez for Black Label Pro this past April.
