Participants In AEW Anarchy In The Arena Made Official

Double or Nothing wouldn’t be the same without Anarchy in the Arena, and the fourth annual match has been officially confirmed by All Elite Wrestling.

Former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland issued the challenge to the Death Riders and The Young Bucks several weeks back, and on the May 21 go-home edition of AEW Dynamite, the participants were officially confirmed for what is sure to be a wild plunder filled brawl.

The Young Bucks will join The Death Riders team of Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta, whilst The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, Powerhouse Hobbs) will be joined by associate Willow Nightingale, as well as Swerve Strickland and AEW International Champion Kenny Omega.

This will be third Anarchy in the Arena match in a row for The Young Bucks, with the AEW EVPs having a 1-1 record heading into Double or Nothing on May 25. Mox, Yuta, and Claudio picked up victory in the 2024 edition as part of the Blackpool Combat Club and will be hoping to go two-on-the-bounce on Sunday.

While Anarchy in the Arena usually serves as the climax of Double or Nothing, the 2025 edition of the pay-per-view will be headlined by Will Ospreay vs. Hangman Page in the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
