Police pointed their guns at Jeff Hardy during the All Elite Wrestling talent's arrest on Monday morning.

Within the police video of Hardy's arrest obtained by TMZ, three police officers can be seen approaching the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion's automobile before they draw their guns and point them at the vehicle. The weapons ultimately were not fired and Hardy eventually exited the vehicle without incident.

Jeff then could be seen speaking to one of the officers and the 44-year-old stated that he had an upcoming doctor's appointment for a brain scan. Hardy also told the officers that he had two or three double shots of Fireball prior to driving the vehicle.

The AEW talent was arrested on Monday morning in Florida on multiple charges which included DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license, and violating restrictions placed on his licence. Four calls were made to police about Hardy's vehicle and the police report stated the driver was "going significantly under the speed limit, weaving across travel lanes and running off the shoulder of the roadway." After Hardy took a breathalyser test, it showed he was over three times above the legal limit.

It was initially believed that Jeff was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning but the TMZ video revealed that Hardy was actually arrested at 9:54 am on Monday. This means he was booked into jail at 12:45 pm ET before posting bond later that day.

In regards to the brain scan, Hardy was "knocked loopy" at the May 29 Double Or Nothing pay-per-view during The Hardys' match against The Young Bucks and he has been out of action ever since. The former WWE Champion has also reportedly been "hurting for a while" and was "a mess" before Double Or Nothing.
