Potential Plans Revealed For Bret Hart's Upcoming WWE RAW Appearance

Bret Hart could be involved with a big name on WWE RAW

It was revealed by WWE’s Jackie Redmond on social media over the last couple of days that two-time WWE Hall Of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart would be returning to WWE programming on the September 9, 2024 episode of Monday Night RAW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the Scotiabank Saddledome, marking his first appearance on a WWE broadcast since all the way back in 2022.

We may now know what to expect for Hart’s visit to RAW on Monday, as PWInsider have revealed potential plans for what he will be up to. It is said that the word making the rounds within WWE is that Bret Hart will be involved in a segment related to the current reigning World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. If this is indeed the case, then it can be expected that it will have something to do with fellow Canadian native Sami Zayn, who stepped up to challenge Gunther to a match for the World Heavyweight Championship last week on RAW, which was brushed off by Gunther.

It isn’t known whether Hart will be actively involved with Gunther or just in a segment relating to Gunther. Several years ago, it was Bret Hart who introduced Sami Zayn to the WWE main roster for the first time, bringing him out to challenge John Cena for the United States Championship on an episode of RAW in Canada.
