Reason For Jamie Hayter's Current AEW Absence Revealed

Jamie Hayter has not wrestled on All Elite Wrestling television since she defeated Julia Hart on the January 22 episode of Dynamite, tying their series at one win apiece. There had been some concern about Hayter's absence but there is a simple explanation for why she hasn't been on TV.

Responding to a report from Fightful Select on her status, Hayter revealed on X/Twitter that she had to travel back to the United Kingdom to renew her visa. She is expected back in All Elite Wrestling when a new visa has been acquired.

"I'll save you all the cash and the concern, just getting a new visa, no big deal, no issues. Cheers!" Hayter wrote.

Jamie Hayter has been signed to All Elite Wrestling since 2021 and she is a former AEW Women's World Champion. The popular British star spent over a year out of action due to two seriously herniated discs in her back before returning at All In 2024.

Hayter has been working on the United Kingdom independent wrestling scene while her visa is being renewed. She defeated Alex Windsor at Pro Wrestling EVE Multiverse Rumble on February 7.
