Reason Sami Zayn Missed WWE SmackDown Revealed

On last week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Daniel Bryan and Cesaro went one on one in a Money In The Bank Qualifier. The former WWE Champion ultimately picked up the win after he forced Cesaro to tap out to the LeBell Lock. Shinsuke Nakamura tried to interfere in the match to prevent his partner from tapping out, but he was blocked by Drew Gulak. If Sami Zayn had also been at ringside, he and Nakamura would have been able to overpower Gulak, but the Intercontinental Champion was noticeably absent from ringside.

Zayn revealed why he missed the show on Twitter yesterday, as he explained he had to have his wisdom teeth removed. He doesn't seem too downhearted about the whole situation, however, as he's been eating plenty of pudding since the surgery.

Zayn tweeted: "In lighter news, I had my wisdom teeth taken out last week so I've been on an #AllPuddingDiet for days and now I'm ripped to shreds."
