Reason The Undertaker & Paige Were Backstage At This Week's WWE Raw Revealed
Work ahead of Super Show-Down and Survivor Series respectively...
The Undertaker and Paige were backstage at this week's episode of WWE RAW in Denver, Co's Pepsi Centre. Of course, with one a WWE legend who doesn't appear all too often, and the other tied to SmackDown Live, the fact that neither had an on-screen presence this week certainly raises the question as to why they were there - PWInsider are able to provide the answer.
As it goes for Paige, she was reportedly backstage at this week's show working on some material related to Survivor Series. PWInsider also speculates that Baron Corbin could have been involved in the same shoot, presumably meaning we're in for another SmackDown Live vs. Raw war in a couple of months time.
As for 'Taker, he was at Raw to take part in a photo shoot - one that presumably can't wait since he's scheduled to appear (unofficially, I should add. There's been no official confirmation from WWE on this) on next week's show. Next week's show, of course, is the go home show for Super Show-Down in Australia, so we can only presume The Deadman, the returning Shawn Michaels (who has been officially confirmed to appear), Triple H and maybe even Kane are going to have some form of altercation.
I sincerely apologise for the sheer amount of 'presumptions' in this article.
As a little side note, it's also being reported that former NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler and the captain of Team Kick Dakota Kai were backstage at this week's Raw, although no reason for their attendance is available at the time of writing.
