Report: AEW Has No Interest In Signing Tessa Blanchard

She remains a free agent...

Since being fired by IMPACT Wrestling and stripped of the world title in June, Tessa Blanchard has only wrestled once at a Warrior Wrestling show and is yet to be signed a major wrestling promotion.

Why Blanchard hasn't been signed is currently unknown, but WWE decided not to sign her in the past because of "attitude issues" and allegations of bullying and racism emerged against The Queen Of The Carolinas earlier this year.

All Elite Wrestling has ruled themselves out of signing Blanchard, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer. When her name was brought up within the company, AEW officials noted she was talented and could be very valuable, especially with the current state of the women's division, but the decision was made to not try and bring her in.

Meltzer previously reported that Blanchard opted not to re-sign with IMPACT Wrestling because she believed she could make more money elsewhere. With AEW off the table, though, the former IMPACT World Champion is left with fewer options.
