Report: AEW Have Not Signed Brock Lesnar

Lesnar is not AEW bound

Speculation around Brock Lesnar's professional wrestling future started to swirl yesterday following a post on the Wrestling Observer message board that claimed The Beast Incarnate had signed with a company that isn't WWE.

The post noted the story had originated from the Fight Game Media Facebook group in which a 20-year source claimed Lesnar has signed somewhere other than WWE. It was then heavily hinted within the Wrestling Observer message board post that AEW could be Lesnar's destination.

This doesn't appear to be the case, though, as Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast reported Lesnar has not signed with All Elite Wrestling.

"I can tell you right now that Brock Lesnar has not signed with AEW. They have spoken maybe once in passing, nothing serious whatsoever. Everybody that I asked about this, they laughed. That's all I know. I can only tell you what they've said to me. I also know that Dave [Meltzer] said that it is not true, Brock has not already signed with AEW," Zarian said.

Lesnar has been a free agent since his WWE contract expired after WrestleMania 36. His re-signing has been discussed within Vince McMahon's company but the former WWE Champion has yet to return.
