Report: AEW Talents Scheduled For NJPW Wrestle Kingdom

AEW stars seemingly set for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom

All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling have had a working relationship since early 2021 and the friendship has proven to be fruitful so far, with the promotions having hosted the joint Forbidden Door pay-per-view earlier this year.

NJPW stars like Satoshi Kojima and Minoru Suzuki have appeared on AEW pay-per-views and All Elite Wrestling stars are set to have a presence on New Japan's biggest show next year, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer.

"I don't know how many, but I have in fact been told of certain plans for AEW wrestlers on Wrestle Kingdom," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio

Many of AEW's stars have performed at past editions of Wrestle Kingdom, including the likes of Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, The Young Bucks, Jon Moxley, and Lance Archer. One of the motivating factors behind Bryan Danielson signing with AEW was the ability to perform in New Japan so an American Dragon match could be a possibility on January 4 or January 5 too.
