Report: Bayley's Post-WWE WrestleMania 36 Plans Revealed

Will she still be SmackDown Women's Champion...

Since capturing the SmackDown Women's Championship for a second time on the October 11 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Bayley has proven herself as the dominant women's Superstar on the blue brand. This could be set to change at WrestleMania 36, however, as she is scheduled to defend her title in a Six-Pack Challenge against Tamina, Lacey Evans, Dana Brooke, Naomi, and her best friend Sasha Banks.

The company originally planned to have the former Huggable One go one on one with Banks at Mania, but both wrestlers didn't want to rush their feud and it was pushed back. This is now the direction WWE will go in, however, as Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the Six-Pack Challenge will be the beginning of their feud and will extend into a series of matches after The Show Of Shows.

Meltzer said: "The company wanted to do Bayley and Sasha at WrestleMania and to their credit, given that there was no time to build it up, like literally this came up a week or two ago…So they kind of got it pushed with we'll do the six-way which will be the start and then we'll do the singles match when it's not so rushed. So that's kind of where that is."
