Report: Bron Breakker To Receive Superstar Push If Called Up To WWE Main Roster
WWE potentially gearing up to give Bron Breakker the superstar treatment on main
Since WWE turned NXT into NXT 2.0 there has been one performer front and centre of the entire promotion; Bron Breakker.
The two-time NXT Champion has received plaudits from critics and fans alike since bursting on to the scene, and a report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter states WWE could give Breakker the rocket treatment when he’s called up to the main roster:
“The other names we’ve heard from early in the year being talked about for the main roster were LA Knight because he looks and talks like a WWE star, and Bron Breakker, who along with Gable Steveson are being looked at as the guys who will debut and get the superstar pushes.”
Reports earlier this week indicated that LA Knight could be in line for a call up to main in a managerial role, but there is no word on when Breakker and Steveson could officially debut. Breakker did recently have his first WWE Raw singles match on the Raw after WrestleMania, defeating Dolph Ziggler for the NXT Championship.
