Report: Chelsea Green Apparently Done With IMPACT, Looks To Be WWE Bound
Chelsea Green reportedly finished up with IMPACT Wrestling
After the recent exits of The Kingdom, it seems like another IMPACT Wrestling star is set to leave the company, with Chelsea Green reportedly on her way out of IMPACT.
Per a report from PWInsider, Green filmed an exit vignette at the most recent set of IMPACT TV tapings, with many believing the ‘Hot Mess’ could be WWE bound.
IMPACT also taped a singles match between Green and Mickie James now believed to be a ‘Loser Leaves Town’ match, and any potential return to WWE is based on the fact that Green reportedly wouldn’t ‘give up regular IMPACT bookings unless she was WWE bound’.
Taking to Twitter on October 28, Green wrote “Left you all #VXT from the beginning” with many seeing this as confirmation of Chelsea’s exit.
Green was released by WWE in 2021 after a tumultuous three year run with the company. Green’s time in WWE and NXT was hampered by injury, with Green breaking her wrist twice; once during her NXT TV debut, and other during her SmackDown TV debut in November 2020. If Green does return to WWE it'll be interesting to see if she is sent straight to main roster or back to NXT.
