Report: IMPACT Wrestling's UK Tour To Be TV Tapings

IMPACT’s upcoming UK tour set to be taped for TV

IMPACT Wrestling recently announced they are set to return to the UK in October, with IMPACT hitting up Glasgow, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Coventry as part of a four day mini tour.

Rather than just being a small house show tour, a new report suggests that IMPACT could film IMPACT Wrestling TV during their UK stopover.

The report comes from PWInsider who had detailed notes from an ‘all hands on deck’ meeting from IMPACT’s latest round of TV tapings in Toronto. The crux of the meeting centred around IMPACT’s taping schedule, with the company opting to tape at their upcoming live shows across the board until 2024, with IMPACT looking to massively upgrade their production facilities in the upcoming months.

This revised taping schedule is set to start during the UK tour at the end of October, and will hopefully be a driving force in ticket sales.

IMPACT historically has a strong relationship with the UK market, with TNA running several arena shows in the British Isles in the past. This was seemingly evidenced at the recent AEW All In show, with loud ‘TNA’ chants breaking out as Sting and Christian Cage faced off in their tag team coffin match.
