Report: Injury Update On Britt Baker After Missing AEW Dynamite Match

Update on Britt Baker

All Elite Wrestling won't be without Britt Baker in the ring for very long.

The former AEW Women's World Champion was set to be in action on the January 25 edition of Dynamite in a Three Way with Ruby Soho and Toni Storm. It was announced ahead of Dynamite, though, that Baker had been pulled from the match due to injury, with the bout simply being switched to a straight singles match between Ruby Soho and Toni Storm.

In an update on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Baker isn't hurt badly and she could have wrestled on Dynamite, although it would not have been wise to do so. She isn't expected to be out of action "for any length of time."

Baker continues to be a featured performer on AEW TV alongside AEW Women's World Champion Jamie Hayter. They recently defeated Saraya and Toni Storm in only Saraya's second match since coming out of retirement on the January 11 episode of AEW Dynamite in Los Angeles.
