Report: Jeff Hardy Written Off AEW TV

Jeff Hardy reportedly written off AEW TV

Jeff Hardy has only recently returned to All Elite Wrestling after a lengthy lay-off due to a DUI case, but the tag legend has already been written off AEW TV for a short spell after the latest edition of Dynamite.

On Dynamite, The Hardys suffered a shock loss to former AEW World Tag Team Champions The Gunns after interference by Bullet Club Gold, with The Gunns, Juice Robinson, and Jay White laying in a beating on Matt and Jeff after the final bell. Per a report from Fightful Select, the angle was set up to take Hardy off of TV ahead of AEW’s upcoming mini-tour of Canada, with Hardy unable to enter the country due to his recent arrests.

AEW are set to run Forbidden Door, and episodes of Collision, Dynamite, and Rampage from Canada, with the company not returning to the USA for TV until the July 19 Dynamite in Boston’s TD Garden.

Since returning to AEW in late April, Hardy has wrestled five times for AEW, including two matches as part of AEW’s recent House Rules live tour.
