Report: Lacey Evans Moves Back To WWE SmackDown

WWE seemingly don't know what they want to do with Lacey Evans. 

Evans made her return to WWE TV with a series of babyface vignettes in the past couple of months which led to her in-person return in early May on Friday Night SmackDown. 

Outside of one "proper respect" line, Evans looked set to continue as a babyface but it suddenly emerged last month that she had been moved to Monday Night Raw and would be presented as a heel going forward. This didn't last either, however, as Evans failed to make her in-ring return on the May 30 episode of Raw and now Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that WWE have moved Evans back to SmackDown. 

Why Evans has been shifted back to the blue brand is currently unknown, nor is it clear why WWE moved the former Sassy Southern Belle to Raw in the first place.

The former United States Marine has been a part of WWE since 2016 and she has been a feature on the main roster since 2019.
