Report: Major Names Under Consideration For WWE WrestleMania Weekend

Some big names could be involved ahead of WWE WrestleMania 39

With WrestleMania 39 just five months away, WWE are thinking about events that will take place around the Showcase of the Immortals on April 1 and April 2.

What events WWE will hold during the build to 'Mania remains to be seen but WrestleVotes have noted the company have discussed bringing in Stone Cold Steve Austin and Trish Stratus for WrestleMania weekend.

"I'm told WWE is looking into having additional shows throughout WrestleMania weekend similar to that of The Undertaker's 1deadMan show. Live, interactive shows w/ Steve Austin & Trish Stratus to name a few have been discussed," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Stone Cold currently hosts Broken Skull Sessions on the WWE Network/Peacock. The Texas Rattlesnake could also be in action at WrestleMania 39 as he has been offered another return match by the new WWE regime. Austin was in the main event of night one of WrestleMania 38, where he defeated Kevin Owens in an impromptu No Holds Barred Match.
