Report: MJF Not Scheduled To Appear On AEW Dynamite

MJF won't be live in-person on AEW Dynamite

All Elite Wrestling's World Champion reportedly won't be live in Independence, Missouri for tonight's edition of Dynamite.

According to PWInsider Elite, MJF is not currently scheduled to appear live at the show. There is no word on why he won't be in Independence, only that Friedman has been seen in Los Angeles this week. MJF has expressed an interest in acting in recent months and he is set to play Lance Von Erich in the upcoming 'Iron Claw' movie about the Von Erich family and World Class Championship Wrestling.

MJF returned to AEW last week to hold his Re-Bar Mitzvah. The segment ended up being crashed by Sammy Guevara, Jungle Boy, and Darby Allin and a Four-Way for the AEW World Championship between the Four Pillars of AEW looks to be on the horizon.

Friedman has been AEW World Champion since Full Gear in November 2022. He defeated Bryan Danielson in a 60-minute Iron Man Match at Revolution earlier this month to retain the gold.

Matches announced for tonight's Dynamite include Kenny Omega vs. El Hijo Del Vikingo, and The Gunns vs. Top Flight for the AEW World Tag Team Titles.
