Report: Plans For Knockouts Title Match At IMPACT Bound For Glory Revealed

What do IMPACT have planned?

More of IMPACT Wrestling's plans for the upcoming Bound For Glory pay-per-view have been revealed.

The promotion will hold the show on Friday, October 7, but have several sets of TV tapings to come before they return to pay-per-view, during which the next challenger for the Knockouts World Championship will be determined.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, that next challenger will either be Deonna Purrazzo or Masha Slamovich. Purrazzo is already a two-time Knockouts World Champion and was very much the face of the division following her debut in 2020. She currently holds gold in IMPACT, having captured the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles with VXT partner Chelsea Green.

Slamovich, meanwhile, signed with IMPACT in October of 2021 and she has been dominant ever since, defeating the likes of Madison Rayne, Gisele Shaw, Tenille Dashwood, and Havok.

Jordynne Grace is the current IMPACT Knockouts World Champion and she has been the champion since winning the first-ever Queen of the Mountain Match at June's Slammiversary pay-per-view.
