Report: Potential Spoiler On Main Roster Call-Up During The WWE Draft

A popular talent could be set to make their way to the main roster in the upcoming WWE Draft

A former top star of NXT UK could be set to make his way to the main roster six years after he made his WWE debut.

According to WRKD Wrestling, Tyler Bate has been discussed within WWE as a potential main roster call-up for the upcoming WWE Draft. The draft is set to take place on the April 28 edition of Friday Night SmackDown and May 1 episode of Monday Night Raw. All talents are eligible to be drafted.

Talk of a main roster call-up for WWE comes after he faced Dolph Ziggler on Monday night's taping of Main Event before Raw.

WRKD Wrestling tweeted: "After a well received match on Main Event against Dolph Ziggler, NXT’s Tyler Bate has been mentioned internally as a potential call up during the upcoming WWE draft."

Tyler Bate has been a part of WWE since 2017 and he was the inaugural NXT UK Champion. He also held the NXT Tag Team Championships and NXT UK Tag Team Titles with Trent Seven as Moustache Mountain before the Big Strong Boi had one more reign as NXT UK Champion. NXT UK was then shuttered by WWE in August 2022 and Bate became a full-time talent on NXT in January 2023.

Other names rumoured to be called up to the main roster in 2023 are Cameron Grimes, Pretty Deadly, and Bron Breakker.
