Report: Ric Flair Signs New Contract With WWE
The Nature Boy is sticking around...
May 14, 2020
Back in December 2019, reports noted that Ric Flair's WWE contract was set to expire at the end of 2019 and The Nature Boy could decide to join his friend Tony Khan in All Elite Wrestling.
This seemingly won't be happening, however, as Raj Giri at Wrestling Inc. reported that Flair has since signed a new deal with WWE and is under contract for the foreseeable future.
For the avoidance of doubt, Giri penned: "Wrestling Inc. has confirmed that Flair had since signed a new deal and is currently under contract with WWE."
The 16-time world champion last appeared on WWE TV during Triple H's 25th-anniversary celebration on Friday Night SmackDown. Flair did not appear in person but he did video call The Game to congratulate him on his career in the wrestling behemoth.
The Dirtiest Player In The Game has kept himself busy during the coronavirus pandemic. Flair has released a range of neck gaiters which can be used as face masks. Designs include Flair's wooo face, Ric Flair Drip, the Four Horsemen, and Heel Ric Flair.
