Report: Ronda Rousey Injury Won't Affect WWE WrestleMania 39 Plans

Ronda Rousey's Injury Was Revealed On WWE SmackDown, But It Shouldn't Affect Her WrestleMania 39 Plans

On the March 3 episode of WWE SmackDown, it was clear to see that Ronda Rousey isn’t at 100%, though reports indicate that this shouldn’t have any ramifications on WrestleMania 39 and her plans for the show.

During the match between Shayna Baszler and Tegan Nox, Rousey was shown at ringside with her arm in a sling. This was explained away with a video of a backstage pull-apart brawl, though PWTorch have reported that Rousey hasaggravated a prior injury”.

Even though WrestleMania is just four weeks away, the report goes on to say that this won’t have any effect on her ability to appear and compete at the show. The plans for Rousey at WrestleMania aren’t yet penned out on television, especially since the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title scene has had some twists as Becky Lynch & Lita won the gold from Damage CTRL on Monday Night Raw. Rousey & Baszler could well join the mix, and it may lead to Rousey and Lynch sharing the ring at WrestleMania once again.
