Report: Santana & Ortiz Still On Bad Terms Despite Working Together At AEW All In

The AEW All In Stadium Stampede match appears to have been worked despite ongoing personal issues.

A report by Fightful Select has suggested that the AEW All In Stadium Stampede match was worked while issues between some of the participants remain unresolved. The report states:

"As of now, things haven't improved with Santana's relationship with either Ortiz or Eddie Kingston."

Former tag partners as the team of Proud and Powerful, Santana and Ortiz found themselves on the same side of the 5-on-5 match, having both returned to AEW TV days earlier. Santana and Kingston were on opposing teams.

The full lineup of the match saw Santana and Ortiz team with the Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta) to take on the Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta), as well as Orange Cassidy, Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo. Penta's tag partner Rey Fenix was originally billed for the match, before being replaced after an attack in the build-up to the event.

Reports indicate that this was due to Fenix's current inability to leave the United States, an issue AEW were aware of throughout the build to the match.
