Report: Several WWE Plans Haven't Developed As Expected

The story never ends in WWE

WWE's plans haven't gone as expected.

The company internally laid out their post-WrestleMania 39 plans before the Showcase of the Immortals but several of those ideas have since changed, according to WrestleVotes. There is no word on if plans changed for the better or worse, only that they are "far different" from what was originally discussed within the organisation.

"Interesting tidbit: source says a number of creative decisions & ideas planned prior to WrestleMania have not gone the way some envisioned. Not to say for better or worse, but the direction for some superstars is far different than what had been internally discussed," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Top programmes on WWE TV include Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar, dissension within The Bloodline and their issues with Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens, Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch, and the tournament to crown the inaugural WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE creative has seen changes since WrestleMania 39, with Vince McMahon having re-established himself as the head of creative since WWE's sale to Endeavor was made public on Monday, April 3. Triple H remains Chief Content Officer but his plans can be changed on a whim by his father-in-law.
