The Natural Disasters - Earthquake and Typhoon - are reportedly set to take their place in the WWE Hall of Fame.
WrestleVotes are reporting that the one-time WWE Tag Team Champions are set to receive their induction into the HOF as part of the class of 2025, with Typhoon subsequently reposting the report on his social media channels.
The Natural Disasters formed in 1991 after Tugboat turned on the Bushwhackers to join Earthquake, subsequently renaming himself Typhoon. The two would feud extensively with The Legion of Doom, but would turn face in 1992 when manager Jimmy Hart led his other clients Money Inc. to tag team glory instead of The Disasters. Eventually the duo would defeat Ted DiBiase and IRS for the belts on a house show in Summer 1992, later dropping them back to Money Inc. in October on an episode of Wrestling Challenge.
Earthquake would stay with WWF until 1994, and would return for a brief run in the Attitude Era under a mask as Golga of The Oddities before passing away in 2006. Typhoon - once again under the Tugboat gimmick - would wrestle as part of the gimmick battle royal at WrestleMania X-Seven.
