Timing issues affected Saturday's SummerSlam pay-per-view from Nashville, Tennessee.

Wrestling Observer's Bryan Alvarez reported during the show that time was cut from Liv Morgan and Ronda Rousey's SmackDown Women's Title match due to Logan Paul vs. The Miz running long.

"That match had a lot of time cut because Miz and Logan went long. HOW ABOUT WE CUT SOME VIDEO PACKAGES INSTEAD OF TIME OFF MATCHES?" Alvarez tweeted.

Rousey and Morgan's match only went four minutes and largely consisted of the UFC Hall of Famer locking in an Armbar on the SmackDown Women's Champion. The bout then ended in controversial fashion as Morgan tapped out while trapped in an Armbar but the referee failed to notice and instead counted a pin on Rousey while her shoulders were on the mat. Rousey then seemingly turned heel as she attacked Morgan and the referee after the match.

Logan Paul and The Miz's clash went 14 minutes and was widely praised with Paul even receiving a babyface reaction from the fans in attendance following his Frog Splash through the announce table.
