Kyle O'Reilly is set to undergo a babyface turn whenever he returns to All Elite Wrestling.

KOR is currently off AEW TV due to injury but Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that O'Reilly will link back up with Adam Cole and Roderick Strong to form a new version of the Undisputed ERA/Undisputed Elite when he does come back to AEW programming. Roderick Strong made his AEW debut on the April 26 edition of Dynamite, making the save for Adam Cole to renew their friendship.

O'Reilly was aligned with Adam Cole and Bobby Fish in the Undisputed Elite before he and Cole took time off due to injury and Fish's contract was not renewed. O'Reilly has been out of action for close to a year and he underwent neck fusion surgery in September 2022. His most recent match was on the June 8, 2022 edition of Dynamite against Jon Moxley.

KOR has been a part of AEW since December 2021, joining the promotion only 12 days after his contract with WWE expired.

The Undisputed Elite were heels throughout 2022 in AEW but Adam Cole established himself as a babyface upon his return from multiple concussions earlier this year.
