Report: Update On Braun Strowman Following Neck Fusion Surgery

Braun Strowman hasn't wrestled since the May 1 edition of Monday Night Raw and the former Universal Champion won't be in action anytime soon as Braun revealed last week that he had undergone neck fusion surgery.

PWInsider has since noted that Strowman was discharged from hospital on Sunday night following surgery. There is no official word on his recovery or when he is expected to make his WWE return beyond that it won't be in the near future. 

There was said to be plenty of sympathy for Strowman during Monday's taping of Raw in Hartford, Connecticut, as he is well-liked within the locker room. 

Strowman is currently in his second run in WWE, having returned to the company in September 2022. He has spent the past several months teaming with Ricochet on TV and Strowman had a brief feud with GUNTHER over the Intercontinental Championship earlier this year.

Ricochet has returned to singles action in Strowman's absence and the former United States Champion will be involved in the men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Money in the Bank on July 1.
