IMPACT Wrestling remain interested in Killer Kelly, according to a report from Fightful Select.

Kelly worked for IMPACT at the company's November 2020 tapings, facing Kimber Lee in singles action before Killer teamed with Renee Michelle in the Knockouts Tag Team Title Tournament.

Kelly reportedly made a good impression at the time and IMPACT were immediately interested in signing her. A number of things had to be sorted out first, though, and she was stuck in Portugal after returning home due to the US embassy being closed for interviews because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This ultimately prevented her from returning to the United States in January 2021, as she had planned, and Kelly only recently returned to the US.

In an update on the situation, Fightful Select noted an IMPACT talent believes the promotion remain interested in signing Kelly but there are still things that need to be sorted out before she can begin working for the company.

Although she is in the United States, Kelly was not involved at IMPACT's TV tapings on either Friday or Saturday. There is no word on if she was in action on Sunday.
