Report: Update On Montez Ford's Injury

An update on Montez Ford's apparent injury has emerged. 

It was revealed in a backstage segment on Monday Night Raw that Ford was dealing with a foot injury and he was shown walking with a boot on his foot. It was then confirmed later in the show during Angelo Dawkins' match with Solo Sikoa that Ford was injured.

The nature of Ford's injury was not disclosed and there could be a reason for that as the issue may not be legitimate. Fightful Select reported they had not been able to found out if the former Raw Tag Team Champion's issue was real or not but they did confirm that Ford's walking boot was brought to Raw by the WWE prop department.

Why exactly WWE would run a storyline injury with Montez Ford will seemingly be revealed in the coming weeks. 

The Street Profits last wrestled at a WWE house show on September 24 in Vancouver, Canada. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins defeated Chad Gable and Otis of Alpha Academy at the event.
