Yesterday, Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that recently released Superstar Sarah Logan could make a surprise return to the company in the coming days. He revealed several wrestlers "went to bat" for Logan after her release and encouraged WWE officials to give her another shot.

The former Riott Squad member's name was mentioned repeatedly during last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, and rumours surfaced earlier in the day suggesting that she would appearing on the show.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that The Wilding was booked to be in action despite being released because WWE has the mentality that they can use some of their released talent for the next 90 days because they are still being paid their downside guarantee. He also confirmed that Logan has not been rehired by the company.

Meltzer said: "Sarah Logan was actually supposed to be on the show in one or two points on the show and they were mentioning her name. So, the deal is that for some of this talent, Drake Maverick's another one, since they're getting paid for 90 days, some of them will continue to be booked.

"So, if like, Sarah Logan was on the show, which she was not, but she was in fact scripted to be on the show and after the show started she was taken off the show… The mentality is they can use her for another 90 days and she was going to be on the show, and then somebody made the call that she's not going to be on the show while they had all the scripting where they kept mentioning her name. She was not re-hired. That's not to say she won't be wont be re-hired. I don't think she will be."
