Report: Women's Tag Team Title Match Overran At WWE WrestleMania 37

They went long!

The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match on Night Two of WrestleMania 37 reportedly overran.

Tamina and Natalya - having won the Tag Team Turmoil Match on Night One - were booked to face champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the Titles on Sunday evening, with the two sides facing off in the second bout on the card.

Fightful Select is reporting that, with entrances and the in-ring action, the four women had been allocated 12 minutes of time. However, the scheduled bout ran over and instead went closer to 15 minutes.

An entertaining bout saw Jax and Baszler retain the Tag Team Titles, despite the live fan support being firmly for the challengers. Tamina, in particular, was heavily cheered by the 25,000 fans at Raymond James Stadium.

There have been no reports as to which other match or segment WWE ended up gaining those extra minutes back from, with Night Two of WrestleMania 37 running just shy of three and a half hours.
