Report: WWE '100%' Planning To Push LA Knight

Amid fan concern over his status on Friday Night SmackDown, a report has claimed that LA Knight is "100%" going to receive a push on the main roster.

The former Eli Drake remains one of the most popular talents in WWE, receiving big reactions online and from fans in the arena. Knight has lost several matches since the turn of the year and he currently finds himself in a programme with Rick Boogs. A segment involving the two men was cut from SmackDown and aired during SmackDown LowDown instead, setting up LA Knight & Rick Boogs vs. The Street Profits for the May 19 edition of SmackDown. 

Many have viewed the programme with Boogs as a step down for Knight but the former IMPACT World Champion's time in the mid-card looks to be temporary, with BoozerRasslin reporting that the team of Knight and Boogs is only temporary and "a push is in the books 100%" for Knight.

The former TNA star is reportedly a top contender to win Money in the Bank within WWE, although a solid winner has not been decided upon yet. The loud reactions Knight has received at live events have also not gone unnoticed.
