Report: WWE Have Long-Term Plans For Bray Wyatt Faction, Possible Members Revealed
Big plans for Bray Wyatt and his faction
After just over a year away, Bray Wyatt returned to WWE at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on October 8, closing out the show by blowing out his trademark lantern, and the company have big plans for the two-time Universal Champion.
During Wyatt's return, life-size members of the Firefly Fun House as well as The Fiend were shown in the crowd and they will be part of a new faction of Wyatt's. WWE have a long-term plan for the faction up to WrestleMania 39, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, although there is no word on what the plan is.
Who will be in Wyatt's new stable has yet to be revealed but the likes of Joe Gacy, Grayson Waller, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Erick Redbeard, and Bo Dallas have all been teased. Meltzer further noted that "others internally have said some of those are believed to be accurate but said things are up in the air." Instead, other wrestlers could be in group, with The Dyad being mentioned as possible members.
AEW's Malakai Black was also considered for the Wyatt faction, according to Meltzer. Black recently asked for his AEW release and he reportedly wants to go back to WWE, His request was rejected, however, and Black is instead expected back in AEW at some point.
