The fracturing of The Undisputed ERA continued on Wednesday's edition of NXT as Adam Cole charged to the ring during the main event and Suplexed Kyle O'Reilly on the steel steps.

O'Reilly was escorted from ringside on a stretcher, as has been common in past WWE angles, but fans in attendance at the Capitol Wrestling Center soon speculated that the NXT star had a legitimate seizure at the end of the show and genuinely required medical attention. This ultimately wasn't the case and O'Reilly was only removed on a stretcher to sell the attack from Cole.

There was a lot of concern about O'Reilly amongst the NXT roster following the speculation, though, according to Fightful Select. Many were unsure if O'Reilly was legitimately having a seizure or not as much of the roster is not told about every element of creative on the show.

WWE sources also reiterated the angle wasn't a seizure storyline and O'Reilly having a seizure wasn't mentioned at any point during the storyline's development.
