Report: WWE Officials Happy With Chelsea Green's Creative

WWE happy with Chelsea Green

Chelsea Green has been a featured performer on WWE TV since she returned to the company at Royal Rumble 2023 and the WWE Women's Tag Team Champion continues to impress WWE management.

Green found herself without a tag team partner in recent weeks after Sonya Deville sustained a torn ACL on the July 28 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, putting her out of action for several months in the process. Instead of vacating the titles, though, Chelsea Green instead held 'Chelsea's Got Talent' as she auditioned for a new tag team partner to take over from Sonya Deville.

This led to several skits until Piper Niven was confirmed as Green's new tag team partner on Monday Night Raw after the former Doudrop laid out Katana Chance and Kayden Carter to claim the vacant belt. 'Chelsea's Got Talent' was ultimately a unique way to find a tag team partner and Fightful Select has reported that WWE officials "seemed happy about the buzz" from the skits.

Chelsea Green has been one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions since July 17 when she and Sonya Deville defeated Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the gold.
