Report: WWE Re-Signs Davey Boy Smith Jr

The former Hart Dynasty member returns

Davey Boy Smith Jr, known at points in his career as Harry Smith and DH Smith, has re-signed with WWE, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

Smith worked a dark match at last night's SmackDown tapings, teaming with Austin Theory in a match against Odyssey Jones and Xyon Quinn.

Johnson's report claims that Smith had signed with WWE back in March, but that the signing was kept quiet until Smith officially made his in-ring return.

The son of "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, Harry Smith began wrestling as a child, and made his professional debut in 2000, at age 15. He signed to WWE developmental in 2006, and appeared on secondary programs intermittently in 2007 and 2008.

In 2009, Smith began teaming with Hart family in-law Tyson Kidd as The Hart Dynasty, managed by Kidd's future wife Natalya. They held the WWE Tag Team titles for five months in 2010. The Dynasty split later that year, and Smith was released in August of 2011.

Since then, Smith has reigned as both IWGP and NWA Tag Team champion multiple times with Lance Archer, and shared the MLW Tag Team titles with Teddy Hart and Brian Pillman Jr.
