Jimmy Uso returned to WWE on last week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown, several months after his last appearance on TV and 13 months after he tore his ACL at WrestleMania 36.

The former tag team champion was reluctant to succumb to Roman Reigns' machinations on the blue brand, but he did end up making the save for Jey Uso in the show-closing segment and was left lying alongside his brother and cousin by Cesaro.

With Jimmy's return, WWE has big plans for The Usos according to WrestlingNews.co. The next several months of storylines have reportedly been planned out for The Big Dog and The Usos and the six-time tag team champions are scheduled to add another SmackDown Tag Team Title reign to that list in the coming months by defeating a babyface team.

Who The Usos will beat for the gold remains to be seen, but WrestlingNews.co noted the news means The Dirty Dawgs will need to lose the belts sometime soon. Multiple babyface teams are in the mix in the SmackDown tag team division and Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode are scheduled to defend the championship against Rey & Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday.
