Ric Flair Removed From WWE's Intro Video Package

Flair is facing allegations of sexual misconduct

Ric Flair has seemingly been edited out of WWE's signature intro package following the depictions of allegations made against him during last week's Dark Side Of The Ring.

WWE's signature introduction airs at the very start of any WWE production and pays tribute to legends and iconic moments from the promotion's history, including notable soundbites.

Flair has been a consistent feature of that video package for a number of years, with his trademark 'Woo!' included within the intro. However, as of the Monday 20 September episode of Raw, that appears to have changed, with the two-time WWE Hall Of Famer's image and voice seemingly edited out.

The 72-year-old is facing backlash after sexual misconduct allegations were made again him, with a visual depicition of said accusations featuring in the most recent episode of Dark Side of the Ring, which documented the 'Plane Ride From Hell' incident in 2002.

Flair has denied these allegations in a statement, which can be viewed here.

Flair was released by WWE in early August, prior to these allegations resurfacing, with the Nature Boy saying he wished to pursue other business opportunities. He had been heavily linked with a move to All Elite Wrestling.
